We specialise in custom manufacture of welding dies and die heads to suit all applications. Our high grade alloy provides consistent weld quality and maximum die durability.

We have recently developed a quick change die system, allowing the machine operator to easily swap dies without the need for spanners or shifters. The machine head has no bolts or screws to hold the die, instead it simply clips in place.

Once the die is in position there in no way it can accidentally fall out or become out of level. This type of setup is ideal for jobs that require frequent die changes as it generally takes less than 10 seconds to swap this type of die.
