	Laser Positioning System - LPS

	A recent innovation of CJL Electronics, a laser positioning system allows the machine operator to quickly and accurately align the material prior to welding. The lasers are designed to show exactly where the bar will be once it comes down. The main advantage of this system is that it eliminates the need to bring the bar up and down several times before it is properly aligned, saving time and allowing for extremely accurate welding.



	The above shows how the system works, two red dots are visible on the work table under the bar. A total of 4 laser heads are required per machine, these are fully adjustable and can be positioned to suit the length of the bar. This system can also be adapted to suit almost any welder, regardless of the machines age or design.
